SHIPPING

Our operation hours are between Monday - Friday. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday will not be processed until Monday. All wig orders have a standard processing time of 5-7 business days before shipment regardless of the shipping option selected. Custom wig orders may take up to 10-20 business days to be processed and shipped (Please inquire before placing your orders). All Wigs and Hair extensions sold on this website ship with a signature and will require an Adult 18 years or older to sign and receive the package. 

Be sure to INSERT THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS when checking out to avoid lost or returned packages.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for most items. Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns of bodysuits and intimates.

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene purposes, returns are not allowed except if there is a fault on our end. If this is the case, returns will be accepted within 72 hours or 3 days of receiving your purchase for an equal exchange or store credit.
