RETURN POLICY

NOTE: DUE TO COVID 19. WE ARE CAUTIOUS OF ACCEPTING RETURNS CURRENTLY.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We take pride in our products and make sure every product is quality and up to standards. Hence, each item is carefully inspected before being shipped out. All wigs purchased can be cancelled only within 24hrs of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, returns are only allowed within 72 hours of receiving purchase for an equal exchange only. Upon return, items must be returned in the same condition as received with everything contained in it. Any item returned with signs of wear or tear will not be considered for a refund or exchange. Return cost is at customers own expense. Download and FILL OUT RETURN FORM upon RETURN. ALL  CUSTOM ORDERS & SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

REFUND POLICY

If there is a fault from our end, all customers are eligible to 100% refund or exchange. Sale items are final sale. Therefore it is important all buyers ask questions and make inquiries before purchasing. Processing time for all refunds and exchange may take up to 10-14 business days.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Our operation hours are between Monday - Friday. Orders received Friday, Saturday, & Sunday will not be processed till the following Monday. All wig orders have a standard processing time of 5-7 business days before shipment. Custom wig orders may take up to 10-14 business days to be processed and then shipped (Please inquire before placing your orders).

Be sure to INSERT the CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS while checking out to avoid lost or returned packages.

 

  • Returns/Exchange Form

    Please fill out form for all returns/exchanges.
  • Return Information
    If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unused merchandise within 3 days of receiving item.
    1. Please complete the return/exchange form, indicating how you would like us to handle your return.
    2. Enclose the return form with the merchandise.
    3. Use USPS/UPS shipping courier to return all items, at your nearest  shipper/drop off location.
    4. All returns should be shipped to this 12808 W Airport Blvd Suite #322, Sugarland Tx, 77478. We will ship your replacement item(s) within the continental U.S. at no extra charge. All returned wigs will be charged a $20 return processing fee, which will be deducted from your original purchase credit or refund. We will waive the return processing fee for item(s) returned within 3days after receiving hair extension for the following reasons:
    • Damaged/defective merchandise
    • Wrong item 
    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless an error occurred on our part while shipping your order. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment. Additional information and exceptions:
    • Returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of used items.

    • You are responsible for the return shipping charges, send all tracking number proof to Fancyherhair@gmail.com.
    • For reasons due to consumer protection and health codes, certain personal care products are not able to be returned if they have been opened. If none of the security seals have been broken, the item may be returned.
    International shipments: We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. International orders must be returned via Borderfree and must be authorized using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service to process this form and to receive shipment documentation. Refunds on interna- tional orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with this form. Borderfree will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise at the international hub. Returns sent without the appropriate documentation may not be refunded the full amount. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. We cannot refund duties, taxes and tariffs if an item is returned directly to one of our retail stores. We cannot offer free returns on international orders.
