RETURN POLICY
NOTE: WE ARE CAUTIOUS ABOUT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS ON ALL WIGS. PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
We take pride in our products and make sure every product is of high quality and up to standard. Hence, each item is carefully inspected before being shipped out. All wigs and hair extensions sold on this website can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase after which your order will begin processing. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene purposes, returns are not allowed except if there is a fault on our end. If this is the case, returns will be accepted within 72 hours or 3 days of receiving your purchase for an equal exchange or store credit (please email fan. Upon return, items must be returned in the same condition as received with everything contained in it. Any item returned with signs of wear or tear will not be considered for a store credit refund or exchange and will be shipped back to the sender's address. REFUND POLICY
If there is a fault from our end, all customers are eligible to 100% refund or exchange. Sale items are final sale. Therefore it is important all buyers ask questions and make inquiries before purchasing. Processing time for all refunds and exchange may take up to 10-14 business days.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our operation hours are between Monday - Friday. Orders received Friday, Saturday, & Sunday will not be processed till the following Monday. All wig orders have a standard processing time of 5-7 business days before shipment. Custom wig orders may take up to 10-14 business days to be processed and then shipped (Please inquire before placing your orders).
